Recipe Name: Baked Trout with Wine and Vegetables

Source: Sahar Zinger, Farida Restaurant, Hereliya Marina, Village Marina 09-958 7775

Ingredients:
4 cleaned Trout each weighing 400-450 grams
3 peppers cut into strips
3 carrots cut into strips
20 cloves unpeeled garlic
6 cut green scallions
200 gr. cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1 cup Wine
20 ml. olive oil
30 gr. butter
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt
Black pepper
Mustard seeds
Ground paprika

Preparation:
1. Place vegetables in a bowl with the olive oil and wine and add spices.
2. Arrange vegetables in an oven pan.
3. Place fish on top and add some of the spices.
4. Spread the butter on the fish and place pan in an pre-heated oven (375ºF) for 20-22 minutes.
5. Place fish on a plate, sprinkle vegetables over the fish and some of the sauce in the pan over everything and serve.
