Ingredients:
2 Kilos Wings
2 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 Tsp. Sugar
Tabasco Sauce to taste

Preparation:
1. Mix the black pepper, salt, garlic salt and onion powder together. Rub the wings in the spices.
2. Place oil in a skillet and fry the wings for two minutes and place on paper towels.
3. Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, oil, sugar and Tabasco.
4. Place wings in a non-metal container with the ketchup mixture. Soak overnight.
5. Grill the wings for about five minutes and brush with the ketchup mixture.
