Recipe Name: Cherry Tomato, Basil and Goat Cheese Salad

Source: Adapted from a recipe by Hili Levi

Ingredients:
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
6-7 Fresh Basil leaves (do not use dried basil in this recipe)
Crumbled semi-soft white goat cheese (or feta cheese)
Handful of Pine nuts
Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil

Preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half.
2. Cut the basil into thin strips, add to tomatoes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Adjust seasoning.

Comment: Note, this recipe does not include lemon or vinegar (this is not an omission). The flavoring is simple and is only meant to bring out the taste of the fresh ingredients.
