Simple Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 Yogurt Dough
Good Quality Jam
6 Tbsp. Cocoa
6 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 egg

Preparation:
1. Divide the yogurt dough into four equal pieces.
2. Roll out each piece into a long rectangle.
3. Spread a thin layer of your favorite jam over the dough.
4. Mix cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle about a quarter of the mixture
over the jam.
5. Roll the dough (on the long side); tuck the sides in.
6. Repeat until you have four filled pieces of dough.
7. Brush the unbaked dough with egg.
8. Bake at 350 F, for about 30 minutes (or until golden brown).
Comment: This cake freezes well - so you can always have something ready for those unexpected guests.
