In the Footsteps of Da Vinci in the Holy Land - full day tour

On this tour you will follow the footsteps of the most mysterious and powerfull of the Crusaders orders: The Templars. You will begin where the first 9 Templars began - on the Temple Mt. which you will visit or just view according to conditions. Next, you'll stop at St. Maria - an excellent example of a Hospitallers' hospital/church/hospice complex which was under the order of the Teutonic Order of St. Mary in Jerusalem.

You'll leave Jerusalem to see the remains of "Belmont Fortress", "Aqua Bella Fortress" and "Le Touron des Chevaliers" overlooking the famous Ayalon Valley. Our next stop will be at "Montgisard" : the one place where a handfull of Templars led the Crusaders to a brilliant victory over a much larger Moslem army you will visit the site and hear the details of the Nov. 25, 1177 victory.
