Ingredients:
12 Mozzarella pieces (1.5 by 1.5 centimeter)
1 cup Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp. Tarragon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Oil, for deep frying

Preparation:
1. Soak the Mozzarella slices in milk for an hour.
2. Strain the milk and flour the mozzarella.
3. Beat the eggs together with the salt and the tarragon.
4. Roll the Mozzarella pieces in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture.
5. In a pot, heat the oil to 180 degrees.
6. Fry in deep oil for three minutes or until the Mozzarella pieces become golden.
7. Remove from oil and place on paper towels.
Suggestions:
Serve with a Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Mustard
3 Tbsp. Honey
6 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients well.
