The Jezreel Valley and Beit Shean
Enjoy the splendor of nature, hike, have a picnic or simply drive along a scenic road. Sites of many biblical era triumphs and defeats come to life in this region where the Stockade and Tower settlements began. See where Israel's first king, Saul and his sons died, where Gideon administered the water test. Enjoy an Australian park, or visit a kibbutz that has an art museum, a petting and an antiques store.

Ein Harod's Log Cabins - Country Guest House

Ein Harod's Log Cabins In March, 2000, when this issue was originally written, we told our readers that Kibbutz Ein Harod Ihud was in the process of building a new Bed & Breakfast (B&B). The kibbutz's Country Guest House opened in June 2000 and includes 10 log cabins and 26 rooms. Since opening, the cabins, replete with a loft (for kids), Jacuzzi, stunning views and a variety of alternative treatments have consistently ranked among the country's Top-10 cabins.
