Light Kibbutz Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cups Cocoa
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Boiling Water

Preparation:
1. In a mixer bowl mix all the ingredients except the boiling water.
2. Mix well for a few minutes. Add boiling water.
3. Bake in an ungreased 9" x 13" pan (or 2 smaller pans) for about 25-30
minutes at 350 F.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
