Ingredients:
2 cups Pitted Green Olives
3-4 Tbsp. Parsley, Freshly Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. Pit and slice the olives.
2. Chop the parsley and garlic.
3. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Add pepper to taste.
Type of Recipe: Israeli
Serving Suggestions: It is great for a buffet style meal as an accompaniment to chicken or a variety of salads.
Comment: This is more a condiment, which is eaten in small quantities, rather than the typical salad.
