Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
1 Liter 42% Sweet Cream
4 Vanilla Beans - cut lengthwise
100 gram Sugar
2 Gelatin Sheets

Preparation:
1. Place gelatin sheets in water for 10 minutes.
2. Ina large pot place 1 liter cream and warm on low heat. Add sugar and vanilla beans until specks from the vanilla bean can be seen.
3. When the cream reaches 80 degrees, add the gelatin to the pot and stir in one direction. Remove from heat.
4. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes. Divide into the number of required portions and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Suggestions:
Add Caramel before serving.
