Yogurt Dough

Ingredients:
200 grams Margarine
200 grams Yogurt (or for a richer dough, Sour Cream)
3 cups Flour

Preparation:
1. Bring margarine and yogurt to room temperature.
2. Cut margarine into small pieces.
3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (either by hand, or in a MagiMix), until an
even ball is formed.
4. Cover dough and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Comment: This dough can be used both for cakes or for savory dishes (with spinach, cheese or potato fillings). The dough also freezes well.
